Mailing list
There is a public mailing list with the address liberty-eiffel@gnu.org. To subscribe please visit the subscription formular or send an email. An online archive is also available to browse old messages.
IRC channel
IRC is a realtime chat protocol and from time to time you'll find some of Liberty's developers or users on the #liberty-eiffel channel hosted by the freenode network. If you do not have an IRC client handy you could give the webchat interface a try.
Savannah project
If you want to issue a bug report or file a feature request, feel free to enter it in the issue tracker on Savannah. There you can also create support requests if necessary.
