Mailing list
There is a public mailing list with the address liberty-eiffel@gnu.org. To subscribe please visit the subscription formular or send an email. An online archive is also available to browse old messages.
IRC channel
IRC is realtime chat and from time to time you'll find some of Liberty developers or users in the channel #liberty-eiffel on the freenode network. If you do not have an IRC client handy you could give the webchat interface a try.
Savannah project
If you want to issue a bug report or file a feature request, feel free to enter it in the issue tracker on Savannah. There you can also create support requests if necessary.
