Mailing list
There is a public mailing list with the address libertyeiffel@librelist.com. Your first email to this address will be considered a subscription request, any following email will reach the LibertyEiffel team and other users. An online archive is also available to browse old messages.
IRC channel
IRC is realtime chat and from time to time you'll find some of Liberty developers or users in the channel [#liberty-eiffel on the freenode network. If you do not have an IRC client handy you could give the webchat interface a try.
